SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments are made via courier and, at the moment of the shipment, clients will receive a second order confirmation by email with a tracking number in order to follow the shipment at any time. Due to the Covid pandemic, all orders ship from our headquarters in Italy.

Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

EU ORDERS

All EU orders will ship via express courier. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days from the original shipping date.

In order for the above shipping schedules to be met, your order must be placed by 4 pm, CET. If not, your order will begin processing on the following business day.

UNITED STATES ORDERS
All U.S. orders will ship via FedEx. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days from the original shipping date.

In order for the above shipping schedules to be met, your order must be placed by 10 am, EST. If not, your order will begin processing on the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped from Italy to other countries. There is no free shipping option with this delivery method.

We inspect 100% of all international orders for quality and accuracy to insure the shipment meets your expectations. All international orders are final. We will not accept any requests for a refund or exchange.

We insure all international orders in case of a lost package. Customs, duties, taxes or any other import charges your country imposes on our shipments are your responsibility. If you refuse to pay your country taxes, duties or any other charges, the authorities may destroy your shipment and we will not credit you.
